Dr. Heather Hutchinson PT, DPT, CLT

Heather Hutchinson, PT, DPT, CLT is a graduate of the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at UCSF/SFSU and ABPTRFE Accredited Kaiser Permanente Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency Program. During her graduate studies she was also active in ongoing research with publications in areas of breast-cancer related lymphedema, and pelvic floor dysfunction.

She began her career in California with a diverse experience of practice including inpatient and outpatient clinics, was an active member of large network of Northern California Lymphedema/Oncology practice group developing patient-focused materials and programs and served as the rehabilitation services representative for the Commission on Cancer.

Heather has focused her practice on lymphedema, oncology, pelvic floor and obstetric specialties with the goal of providing improved access to these physical therapy services for the Las Vegas community. She is a Klose-Certified Lymphedema Therapist, PORi-Certified Oncology Rehabilitation Specialist, H&W and APTA Certified Pelvic Floor Therapist, and CAPP-Certified in Obstetric Physical Therapy.

Heather's treatment approach is individualized to each patient, evidence-based, and goal-oriented. Her hope is to help each of her patients become an expert in their own condition, achieve their highest level of function and recovery, and be able to manage their condition independently.

Outside of physical therapy, Heather is a proud dog mom and spends her time with friends and family. She is always looking forward to the next group exercise class, or family trip water or snow skiing.
